About Project
In response to the needs of the town’s residents, we’ve crafted a space that serves as the beating heart of Šiluva—a place where people gather, events unfold, and relationships flourish.
The community building stands as a testament to collaboration and inclusivity. Located on a picturesque landscape, it spans two levels to make the most of the town’s unique topography. On the first level, a warm and inviting space welcomes visitors, leading to a versatile auditorium where a myriad of events can take place, from cultural performances to town meetings.
Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find a haven for knowledge and relaxation. A library beckons book lovers, while a spacious community restaurant-café offers panoramic views of the city square below. Here, neighbours can come together over a meal or a cup of coffee, fostering bonds that strengthen the fabric of the community.
But our commitment to Šiluva doesn’t stop there. Adjacent to the community building, a vibrant kindergarten and playground provide a nurturing environment for the town’s youngest members to learn and play, ensuring that families feel welcomed and supported.
In this design, we’ve woven together the diverse needs and desires of Šiluva’s residents, creating a space that not only meets practical needs but also enriches the lives of all who call this town home. Welcome to the Šiluva Community Building—a place where community spirit is alive and thriving.
